Un esperimento sulla legge di Lenz. (Traduzione da The Physics Teacher, febbraio 1992, a cura di Giacomo Torzo)
The Lenz law is studied experimentally using a permanent magnet falling inside metal tube. A home made force sensor is used to measure the weight of the tube and steady magnet before the experiment, and then to weight the vertically suspended tube when the magnet is dropped. A computer-plot of force versus time shows that when the motion reaches constant velocity the force exerted by the tube onto the magnet equals the magnet weight.
