Termodinamica e storia: un’esperienza didattica
Teaching thermodynamics through an historical approach improves the comprehension of the basic concepts and favors the interaction between teachers of different subjects. The paper reports on a cycle of seminars on the history of thermodynamics that were held in a secondary school of Palermo, intertwined with the curricular unfolding of the subject in physics classes and with the study of different aspects of the industrial revolution in history classes.
