Studio sperimentale di una cella fotovoltaica

An experimental investigation on the electro-optical behavior of a photodiode was carried out using an RTL acquisition system with current and voltage probes. Information is given on the theoretical background and the results of measurements aimed at identifying the conditions of maximum photovoltaic efficiency are reported.
