Misura del momento d’inerzia di un libro

The relationship between the moment of inertia of a body and its period of twisting oscillation was studied in the classroom by suspending a book, in three different orientations according to its symmetry axes, to the edge of a table with a length of tape. The article describes the experimental procedure and reports the results.
