Il microscopio ottico a proiezione come modello per introdurre la microscopia elettronica in trasmissione

An optical projection microscope is used to introduce highschool students to the working of the electronic transmission microscope. The sequence of the lab activities and computer simulations is programmed in close in analogy with what actually happens when using the electronic microscope, and ends with the students examining and analysing real images of an aluminium polycrystalline sample in bright field, dark field and high resolution modes.
