Costruire i diagrammi di fase dai dati sperimentali: una proposta didattica

An educational laboratory activity on phase diagrams based on computer online experiments and problem solving is presented. The phase diagrams are at the base of many technological processes involving materials with peculiar properties with which artifacts of our everyday life are produced. The proposal is oriented to the analysis of: a) unary pressure-temperature diagrams, b) binary lens-like diagrams, and c) binary eutectic diagrams, proceeding gradually towards increasing difficulties so that the activities can be selected and used at various levels.
